What do Behavior Analysts do?

Intervention Planning: Behavior analysts develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans to teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence. 

Data Collection and Analysis: They meticulously collect and analyze data to track a client’s progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and make informed adjustments to treatment plans. 

Collaboration: They work with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a consistent and supportive environment for the client. 

Training: Behavior analysts train and supervise other professionals, such as behavior technicians, to implement intervention plans effectively.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): It uses the principles of ABA, a scientific approach to modifying socially significant behaviors.
