What do Music Therapists do?

Music therapists are board-certified professionals who utilize music-based interventions to enhance the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

They assess clients’ needs and design tailored sessions that involve activities such as listening to music, improvising, playing instruments, and songwriting.
