Georgia Medicaid List of Excluded Individuals

The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) Office of Inspector General (OIG) safeguards the integrity of the DCH from internal and external risks.

To ensure existing employees or contractors, and new hires have not been excluded from participation in the Medicaid program, providers participating or applying to participate in the Medicaid program must search the following exclusion lists monthly:

  • Georgia Medicaid List of Excluded Individuals
  • Health & Human Services Office (HHS) of Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE)
  • General Services Administration (GSA) System for Award Management (SAM)

HealthProviders DB imports the Georgia Excluded Individuals monthly, so the database is always up to date. The exclusions are normalized and matched with the Healthcare Providers’ Profile as Exact or Possible matches, greatly simplifying your research.

Excluded individuals or entities, even if they are not on the Georgia Medicaid List of Excluded Individuals, are excluded from participating in the Medicaid program in all categories of service. They are not allowed to receive reimbursement for providing Medicare and Medicaid services in any capacity.

HealthProviders DB is an unparalleled solution to effortlessly and simultaneously search OIG Exclusions, SAM Exclusions, State Exclusion Lists, FDA Debarment, and Clinical Investigators—Disqualification Proceedings—all in one powerful platform!
